DESCRIPTION:
Gypsum powered by AMP-XC™ with Humic and Iron is a multicoated homogenous product. It is a combination of pelletized Gypsum, AMP-XC™ and Humic all of which are 100% soluble. Pelletized Gypsum (calcium sulfate) provides sulfur and calcium in the sulfate form which solubilizes steadily making it available to the soil and plant roots. Since Gypsum is a neutral salt and not a liming agent it has very little effect on soil pH but can used to improve soil structure. This powerful combination of ingredients activates several beneficial biological and environmental responses in the plant and soil and greatly improves the health and lush green appearance of turf.

PRIMARY BENEFITS
• Improves soil structure but will not alter pH, can be used on all soil types
• Replenishes calcium and sulfur which are essential macro-nutrients
• Reduces compacted clay soils
• Removes sodium (salt toxicity)
• Enhances the plants green color quickly with 100% soluble Iron
• Amplifies the uptake of nutrients
• Acts as a natural chelator (facilitating the uptake of trace minerals and prevents them from leaching out of the soil)
• Stimulates root growth leading to thicker and more stable turf
• Activates soil microorganisms which more efficiently breakdown organic matter
• Addition of organic matter to organically-deficient soils
• Improves soil conditions resulting in greater seed germination
• Improves utilization of calcium, magnesium, potassium and other cations difficult to consume from the soil
• Improves tolerance to environmental stresses (Heat, Dry Weather and Foot Traffic

PRODUCT INGREDIENTS
Pelletized Gypsum (calcium sulfate) removes sodium in soil and replaces it with calcium and sulfur, which are essential macro-nutrients not typically applied during fertilization which help boost plant health. Gypsum works great at loosening compact clay soil by pulling particles together creating porous spaces for air, water and plant roots. Gypsum also increases water storage and reduces erosion. Since gypsum removes sodium from the soil it can correct lawns with excessive ice melt damage as well as coastal regions with high soil salts. Gypsum can be used on any soil type since it does not alter the soil pH level.

AMP-XC™ Technology is an innovative fertilizer biocatalyst and soil amendment, consisting of microorganisms that increases the availability and uptake of plant nutrients, improving plant performance to get more from fertility management programs. AMP-XC™ also contains a powerful combination of microbial extracted metabolite technology which are a natural, rich source of proteins, essential amino acids and organic substances that are highly beneficial to the plant and soil health. An eco-responsible choice, AMP-XC™ results in optimal plant performance and improved plant health, reducing the need for excessive nitrogen or chemical use.

Humic substances are created by the microbial degradation of biomolecules (lipids, proteins, carbohydrates, lignin) dispersed in the environment after the death of living cells. Humic substances act as all-natural biostimulants; they have a “hormone-like effect” on plant growth and metabolism. In addition to playing other roles in plant nutrient uptake, humic substances have the remarkable ability to chelate (attach and hold) positively charged ions (Mg, Ca, Fe, and other “trace minerals” cations) in the soil. Humic substances then deliver these essential micronutrients to the plant by adsorbing (attaching) to the root hairs so that they may be transported into the plant for use. Humic substances help aerate compacted soils such as clay, allowing for enhanced water penetration and retention. Soils rich in humics promote vigorous root growth and development. Adding humic substances to sandy soils results in increased water retention and decreased nutrient leaching.

Chelated iron (EDTA iron) is a form of soluble iron that is readily available for absorption by plants. Iron is involved in the production of chlorophyll, a pigmented molecule inside the plant cell that makes a plant appear green. An abundance of iron results in a higher rate of chlorophyll production. Severe iron deficiencies in plants leads to chlorosis.

APPLICATION RATES

To maintain soil pH and optimum growing conditions, apply Hi-Cal Lime powered by TCS AMP-XC™ at 6 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft. or 260 lbs. per acre. Two applications a year are recommended. A 50 lb. bag covers 8,250 sq. ft.

To adjust pH, apply Hi-Cal Lime powered by TCS AMP-XC™ at 11.5 lbs. per 1,000 sq. ft. or 520 pounds per acre, or as needed. Multiple applications may be necessary after retesting. 50 lb. bag covers 4,350 sq. ft.

Split applications of 6 lbs per 1,000 sq ft. may be used but, a single applications of 11.5 lbs. of this product provides optimal amount of TCS AMP-XC™ for best performance.

*The above application rates are general recommendations and may not apply to the specific soil conditions present at time of application.

NOTE: This product will stain cement.
